Most clients chose to have LuxSauna deliver and install the sauna in your home so you don’t have to. No wrenches or throwing your back out. We do it all for you so it’s ready for you and your family to USE the minute we leave. If you chose to install yourself, here is a video showing you how to do so: assembly video

Set it up once and you're ready to go. Towels are your friend. We suggest you use at least two - one to sit on and one to wipe the sweat on your skin. This (and the yoga mat) will help keep the sauna dry. But it is made of Canadian Hemlock, so the moisture will present no harm. Once a week (for high use saunas) you can spray a combination of water and vinegar and wipe and your good to go.

All LuxSaunas come with a Limited Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects on all components. We will replace any component of the sauna room that fails due to a manufacturing defect at no charge to you.
This does not include damage from normal wear-and-tear, improper use or faulty assembly, or acts of nature or weather events. The term “Limited” also applies to transfer of ownership, meaning the warranty does not transfer to anyone outside the original buyer.
Your Luxsauna heaters come with a 5-year warranty on the heating elements.
The heater warranty does not cover incorrect electrical connections, not following manufacturer recommendations, normal wear-and-tear, or corrosion.
The warranty does not cover electrician costs incurred from any warranty claims.
This warranty only applies to saunas residing in the Contiguous United States.
