What’s the difference between the D-Lux models?
Each model differs by capacity — from single-person up to four-person, including a corner option for tighter spaces.

Are D-Lux saunas infrared?
Yes, they feature advanced carbon and ceramic heating panels for even, efficient heat distribution.

Can the D-Lux be used outdoors?
These models are intended for indoor use, however you can place them outside under cover for outdoor protection and away from water

How do I set up the D-Lux sauna?
We will install the Luxsauna for you. Our warranty is dependent on our white glove service setting it up for you so it’s ready for you to use it immediately —setup takes roughly 1–2 hours.

Is there Bluetooth or audio capability?
Yes, built-in Bluetooth speakers allow you to enjoy music or guided meditations.

How should I clean it?
Wipe down after use with a damp cloth; avoid harsh cleaners or excess water. We recommend the use of eucalyptus or other natural oils to enhance the aroma of the sauna.

What warranty comes with the Studio sauna?
All LuxSauna brands come with a Limited Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects on all components. We will replace any component of the sauna room that fails due to a manufacturing defect at no charge to you.

This does not include damage from normal wear-and-tear, improper use or faulty assembly, or acts of nature or weather events.The term “Limited” also applies to transfer of ownership, meaning the warranty does not transfer to anyone outside the original buyer.

Your Luxsauna heaters come with a 5 year warranty on the heating elements.

The heater warranty does not cover incorrect electrical connections, not following manufacturer recommendations, normal wear-and-tear,or corrosion.

The warranty does not cover electrician costs incurred from any warranty claims.

This warranty only applies to saunas residing in the Contiguous United States.
