• What warranty comes with the Studio sauna?
  All LuxSauna brands come with a Limited Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects on all components. We will replace any component of the sauna room that fails due to a manufacturing defect at no charge to you.
  
  This does not include damage from normal wear-and-tear, improper use or faulty assembly, or acts of nature or weather events.The term “Limited” also applies to transfer of ownership, meaning the warranty does not transfer to anyone outside the original buyer.
  
  Your Luxsauna heaters come with a 5-year warranty on the heating elements.
  
  The heater warranty does not cover incorrect electrical connections, not following manufacturer recommendations, normal wear-and-tear, or corrosion.
  
  The warranty does not cover electrician costs incurred from any warranty claims.
  
  This warranty only applies to saunas residing in the Contiguous United States.
• How does financing work?
  We offer Shop Pay Installments and Affirm – split your purchase into manageable payments with no hidden fees.
• Does delivery and installation come included?
  Shipping cost is based on drop shipping direct from the manufacturer. Upon delivery to your home, white-glove delivery + setup services are available at an additional cost. You will need to hire an electrician as we do not perform electrical installations.
• How long does shipping take?
  Saunas in stock will ship within 2-3 days - shipping time varies and is typically 5-8 days in transit.
  For customized saunas: typical lead time is 8-15 weeks for custom builds.
